Umrah: Manzo travels & tours vows to meet customer’s needs, rejigs operations.
In its moves to improve services, ensure customer satisfaction and address gaps in service delivery, the management of Manzo Travels & Tours Ltd has assured all stakeholders of improved services in the upcoming Umrah operations.
CEO of Manzo Travels & Tours Ltd, Sadiq Bashir Manzo who made the pledge during a high powered meeting with critical stakeholders and partners noted that the company is introducing reforms and initiatives that will ensure general improvement in its service delivery. He noted that part of the reforms and measures include employment of new staff in Mecca and Medina, peer reviewing and enhancing cooperation with sister organizations.
The CEO added that the company has noted with concerns some challenges witnessed in the 2023 Umrah operations occasioned by the impromptu war in Sudan noting that the management of the company is working round the clock with the affected airline to resolve the matter. He assured clients of better accommodation, timely departure to the holy land and deployment of a top notch airline to ensure a seamless and hitch free Umrah operation.
The stakeholders who expressed satisfaction with the company’s drive for better service delivery, expressed optimism that with the new resolve of the management in carrying along all stakeholders, the company is towing the path of greatness and success. They urged the company to maintain the tempo saying such move has affirmed the leadership of the company in Adamawa and will surely lead to better service delivery and mutual cooperation between all stakeholders.
